RVO: Roadmap - Brandstoftransitie in de Zeevaart | 2024

Platform Hernieuwbare Branstoffen took part in the realisation of the Roadmap for maritime shipping in a collaborative effort with the market, the central government and other knowledge institutions. The roadmap includes a vision for the Dutch maritime sector on the international climate challenge of maritime shipping. The ambition set by the sector is clear: climate neutrality by 2050. Where possible within the international frameworks, the Netherlands can and wants to be a leader in the transition.

The roadmap considers a broad vision where the entire chain such as ports and shipper are included with a focus on international bunker and fuel markets.
