Climate Agreement in the Netherlands
In 2017 the Dutch government announced the objective to curb greenhouse gas emissions to a 49% lower level in 2030 compared to the emissions in 2030. Subsequently, stakeholders in the Netherlands stepped into a nearly two year long process to determine additional actions, on top of current and already adopted measures, to achieve this 49% reduction target.
The final documents, containing the details of the five economic sector, among which mobility, are presented here.
