Natuur & Milieu commissioned a study carried out by CE Delft to draw up a future picture of what the Dutch industry landscape might look like in 2037. An industry sector that can operate climate-neutrally, without the use of fossil fuels, as the Netherlands runs out of its fair share of carbon budget. This report provides a backcasting from a completely fossil-free system in the future.
