Annual ISCC Global Sustainability Conference

On the 8th of February, the annual ISCC Global Sustainability Conference will take place. The International Sustainability Carbon Certification (ISCC) is a globally leading certification system and offers solutions to address sustainability requirements for all feedstocks and markets. ISCC aims at the implementation of highest sustainability requirements.

This Sustainability Conference is a well-established platform for ISCC system users, members of the ISCC association, certification bodies and invited guests (e.g. industry and trade representatives, NGO’s, associations, research bodies and authorities). There is a wide variety of topics, varying from presentations about the Fit for 55 Package, a REDIII outlook, certification of carbon removals, certification schemes for the circular and bioeconomy (ISCC PLUS) and regenerative agricultural practices and soil carbon accumulation.

The Conference is from 9am to 3pm, divided into three parts:

• Part 1 (9am-11:45am): Green Deal and Fit for 55
• Part 2 (11:45am-2pm): ISCC PLUS: Innovative certification approaches and sustainability strategies in the circular economy and bioeconomy
• Part 3 (2pm-3pm): Pathway to carbon neutrality
